Creator World is a job platform built for the gaming industry, aimed at creators with experience who are looking to level up.

The goal was to move away from generic job board patterns and create something that feels more aligned with the culture of games — forward-looking, motivating, and grounded in real opportunities. Roles are presented with context, including why the position exists, what is expected, and where the team is heading.

The brand direction leans into a more energetic and “cool” tone, drawing lightly from gaming concepts like progression and leveling up without becoming overly stylized.

We avoided the sterile feel common in job platforms and instead built a visual system that feels more engaging while still credible. The UI/UX follows the same principle — clear structure, strong hierarchy, and an overall experience that helps users understand roles in context rather than skim through listings.

The platform was designed and developed in a short cycle, with a full system built in approximately two weeks.

We implemented a backend using Supabase for database and authentication, alongside Sanity CMS for flexible content management. An admin dashboard was built to allow agents to manage job postings and applicants efficiently.

The result is a responsive platform that supports both the user experience and the operational side of running a niche job board.
